Services page ≠ Service offering


In this week's AgencyHabits Podcast, Peter and Sei-Wook break down service offering. Not your services page, not your capabilities list, but the structure of how a client actually engages with you.

Here's the test: when a prospect says yes, what are they buying? What does month one look like? Month 12? Most agencies can't answer that clearly. They describe what they're capable of, but not the shape of the engagement.

The episode covers the four pieces of a strong service offering:

  • Entry offer
  • Core offer
  • Expansion paths
  • Additional services

They also dig into pricing logic: execution pricing (hours and tasks), expertise pricing (outcomes), and transformation pricing (business impact). The trap: thinking you're pricing on expertise when your proposals are full of line-item hours.

The episode ends with five pressure-test questions for your service offering. If any feel fuzzy, you have work to do.
